Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative in Seattle. You will drive sales, cover cases, and conduct evaluations in surgical and office environments while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will train customers on Stryker products, manage territory activity, and work toward exceeding targets with a commission-based compensation structure and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position or bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

As a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative, you work as part of a sales team and demonstrate your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. You monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team. Our hard-working and mission-driven Sales Representatives will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service by exceeding sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

What you need:

Required

• 5+ years in an outside sales position or bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred

• 2+ years in Medical Device or B2B sales.
• Experience working in the Operating Room.
• Proven sales performance.

Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for a draw, bonuses + benefits
