Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent in Compton, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will work with a steady stream of inbound leads and walk-in customers.

This full-time role offers comprehensive paid training and licensing, ongoing mentorship, a generous sign-on bonus up to $4,000, uncapped commissions, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (we’ll support you in obtaining one).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.

Pay Range:

$31 - $72 / hour **

What You Will Do:
