What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with district stakeholders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services to expand market presence
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining accurate territory data
- Engage with district-level decision-makers through clear and professional communication, delivering compelling sales presentations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular district visits and support implementations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to support customer success
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
