Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join the Repairs Division and work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, propose solutions, and guide customers through the decision process. The role offers a 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

schedule, Monday–Friday, with seasonal overtime and occasional Saturdays. Training pay, commission potential, full benefits, a company truck, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Willing to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a company built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments.

This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys meeting new people, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process. To be considered, candidates must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
