What We Do

In support of the sales strategy for the assigned territory, develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

What You'll Do
  1. Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and maintain and expand business with existing clients.
  2. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources, and develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, their staff, lenders, and attorneys.
  3. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement a plan to meet those needs.
  4. Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events to increase visibility in the marketing area.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to support sales strategy and drive brand awareness.
  6. Create, adapt, and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others.
  7. Interact daily with other work groups such as operations, marketing, and escrow branches.
  8. Communicate proactively and respond promptly to clients.
What You'll Bring
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  4. Valid driver's license.
  5. Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond with solutions.
  6. Diplomacy and tact in communication.
  7. Persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
  8. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
  10. Understanding of market and competition, with the ability to identify threats and opportunities.
  11. Persuasion and influence skills.
  12. Strong negotiation skills.
  13. Professional appearance and positive company image.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This range is an estimate and pay is based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
