What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain client relationships, securing new orders and expanding business with existing clients
- Develop and execute a call plan targeting prospective clients, including real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Assess client needs and create customized plans to meet those needs
- Attend industry functions and community events to enhance visibility and brand awareness
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create local marketing content and drive sales strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential Title/Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
