Job Details

• Fully Remote
• This is a commission-only sales position plus bonuses
• Earn up to 20% cash bonus on placed business in your first three months
• Earn a 15% raise in your first three months (5%/month)
• Raises available every two months based on performance
• Agents typically sell 2 to 8 sales per week

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with families requesting coverage information
• Build trust, ask questions, present options, and protect families with coverage from top A-rated companies
• Manage your activity, applications, and mindset
• Participate in team meetings and an annual conference (mostly via Zoom)
