Overview: Our Sales Representatives use active listening skills to determine customer needs and offer products, plans, and upgrades for satisfaction. Responsibilities include account consolidation, promoting new services, retention efforts, and more. Compensation includes a base wage plus performance-based incentives. Ideal candidates excel in sales, overcoming objections, and retention techniques. We believe in taking care of our customers first.

What We Do: We provide connected vehicle services that enhance safety and convenience, such as vehicle start, lock, tracking, and emergency assistance. For example, in emergencies, our systems automatically notify 911 and assist customers during critical situations.

What to Bring to the Interview:

• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between systems
• Availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week
• Pay expectation: starting at $14/hr during training, with bonuses afterward

Work From Home Requirements:

• PC or laptop with Windows 10 (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone)
• High-speed internet (min 10 Mbps download, 6 Mbps upload)
• Ethernet connection to modem (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
• Two monitors, each at least 13 inches
• VoIP headset with microphone and webcam
• Dedicated quiet workspace
