What We Do

First American Data & Analytics is a leading provider of property-centric information, risk management, and valuation solutions. They maintain the industry's largest property and ownership dataset, including over 8 billion document images. DataTree is a comprehensive property data platform offering critical data on more than 150 million US properties, used by lenders to search, discover, and share property-related information from various sources.

As a Sales Representative, you will develop and retain our DataTree client base by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers to maximize sales volume. You will identify new opportunities, close deals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  1. Build new client relationships by selling property data and services across multiple industry verticals.
  2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, directories, industry events, and develop a call plan targeting lenders, servicers, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech firms.
  3. Assess client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content and social media presence to support sales.
  5. Create and deliver effective presentations to various audiences.
  6. Engage daily with other teams and communicate proactively with clients.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proven sales record and industry contacts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Diplomatic, tactful, persistent, and adaptable.

  • Persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive company image.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, or similar tools.

*Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually (base plus incentives)

This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
