We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives - Remote. This is a work from home position offering a commission-only compensation structure. We provide comprehensive training for all new agents, whether you are experienced or new to sales.

Job Description

Our mission is to help families financially in times of critical illness or loss. We focus on areas such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential clients sent to our office and schedule appointments.
• Meet with clients via in-person meetings or video chats to assess their needs and find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and necessary paperwork.
• Report sales activity to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training sessions.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO cold-calling or prospecting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we offer free pre-licensing classes).
