Job Title: Sales Representative Recapture

Location: South West England, based from Bristol or Cardiff.

Role Overview

Otis, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, is seeking a Sales Representative Recapture to join our team, reporting to the Branch Manager. The role focuses on achieving sales growth by targeting strategic accounts to expand our service portfolio across the South West of England.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing strategic sales plans to acquire new service business and increase elevator portfolio.
  2. Generating new customer leads through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders, and developing personal sales strategies to meet targets.
  3. Utilizing Otis’ sales tools for tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and forecasting sales.
  4. Negotiating sales and closing deals.
  5. Collaborating with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.

Qualifications for success:

  1. Proven experience in service sales.
  2. Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers, with experience in contract tenders and negotiations preferred.
  3. A customer-centric approach with effective sales control and process management.
  4. Target-driven, able to work efficiently in a demanding, complex environment.
