Overview

Vector Marketing is looking for sales reps to join our team. Basic responsibilities include working with customers one on one, explaining our American made Cutco products, and writing up any orders. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn 1t based on sales or results, but commissions are possible based on performance.

Benefits

• Rep are paid weekly a0 base or commission. The reps are paid $20.00 base-appt (not based on sales or results). We have a commission structure set up based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
• Solid training 0 We 0ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn 1t decide to stay with us long term, the sales & communication skills they build are needed for any field.
• Flexible scheduling 0 Schedules can be arranged around classes, full time jobs, travel plans, and family commitments. Seasonal work is available for those looking to earn some extra income for the holidays.
• Location 0 Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
