Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program, a fast-paced, high-energy path to a career in sales and logistics. You will relocate to Cincinnati for training with top brokers, then may relocate again to one of 65+ offices nationwide as you build your book and grow your earnings with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
