About the role:

TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will cover your relocation costs to Cincinnati for training with top brokers. After completing training and building a book of business, we will support your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive training and mentorship will equip you with skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management. Ideal candidates are driven, hardworking, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Position Details:

Location: Cincinnati (relocation paid)

Compensation:

• $40,000 base salary with uncapped commissions
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• $7,500 housing stipend paid bi-weekly for the first 12 months

• Partner with a successful freight broker for 26 weeks
• Make calls and establish relationships to grow your book of business
• Close sales with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
