TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio for training with top brokers. After training and building a book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive training and mentorship program will teach sales, logistics, and supply chain management. • Make calls and build relationships to grow your book of business
• Close deals with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly internally and externally
