Stryker is seeking a Neurosurgical Sales Representative to promote and sell NS products across Northern New Jersey. You will conduct product evaluations in ORs and offices, demonstrate value, and track territory performance while communicating wins to the Regional Manager.

You will need to travel about 20% and leverage strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with doctors, nurses and staff, delivering exceptional service and support.

Competenze

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years med device sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20%
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, and the ability to present to groups.

You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. As a Sales Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.**What you need:*** 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred)**Travel requirement:*** Approximately 20% travel.
