Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets by generating new Grower leads in the Fruit & Nut Industry.
  • Manage and expand your territory through strategic sales planning, driven by a Hunter mentality to actively seek and close new business.
  • Support Grower accounts to maximize product value and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with Growers, Retail Dealers, and PCA’s/CCA’s.
  • Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Organize and participate in regional Ag Events to strengthen industry presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven success in agricultural sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Existing Grower network and deep industry experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Competitive salary with quarterly performance-based bonus incentives.
