Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a remote Medicare Sales Representative to drive enrollment across Florida markets through community outreach, local events, and home visits. The role emphasizes educating potential enrollees and facilitating enrollment processes in a field-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in marketing or sales, Medicare experience preferred, and a valid state license. Remote, hybrid, or field schedules are supported to reach 28 million Centene members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of marketing, sales or community relations experience, preferably in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage and market penetration for all Medicare Advantage products in the assigned territory.
• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product.
• Conduct home visits and attend local events to complete enrollments.
• Market products on-site at hospitals, senior centers, and community events.
• Complete applications timely and submit reports on territory activities.
