Job Title: Sales Representative (Amwaste of Georgia)

Overview:

Amwaste is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Rolloff Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative sells the large roll off dumpsters for construction and industrial sites. The Sales Representative will work to increase the company’s customer base in the Metro Atlanta and South Atlanta Markets while maintaining existing customer relationships. They will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients and translating our waste solutions into business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new Rolloff Business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
  2. Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
  3. Focus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customer.
  4. Use Management Reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information.
  5. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  6. Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
  9. Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients.
  10. Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements.

This position will receive a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales.

  4. 2+ years of sales or work inside the construction industry with contacts that can be used to help produce leads.
  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Ability to travel as required.
