As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match insurance products to their needs, converting leads into policyholders.
Paid remote training for 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed). Medical benefits from day one. No cold calls, only incoming warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). Equipment provided; high-speed internet required.
