Position Location & Requirements

This role is available for candidates in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Applicants must reside in these states.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire; licensing included in paid training.

Additional Details

• Training lasts 16-18 weeks, depending on licensing.
• Work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST.
