$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based on the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

All representatives undergo paid training remotely. Licensing is required; if you do not have a Property & Casualty Insurance license, it can be obtained during paid training.

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
  • Provided equipment and work-from-home requirements include a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • PC proficiency; Property and Casualty License required after hire.
