Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one, you'll begin paid training in a remote environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license, which can be obtained during paid training if you do not already have one.

• Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Comprehensive medical benefits start from Day 1.
• No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
• Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
• Work schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST) for at least 12 months.
• All necessary computer equipment provided; must maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication skills for prospects and customers.
• Analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
