Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45K with growth potential.
  • Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commissions.
  • Top agents can earn over $85K after their second year.
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

Begin paid training in a remote environment. Insurance licensing required; paid training includes licensing if needed.

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), minimum 12 months.
  • Provided equipment; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty License required after hire.
