As a Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance options and converting leads into policyholders. Paid training includes licensing, with a 16-18 week program. Benefits start from day one, and the schedule typically involves 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a start time around 11 am CST. Equipment and high-speed internet are provided.
