Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative II, Spine to drive field sales of spinal implants, biologics, and related products across a defined regional territory. This remote position requires residency within the territory and a valid driver's license to visit accounts in person.

You will develop relationships with physicians and staff, manage inventory, and pursue new business while meeting or exceeding quotas in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 6+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience in medical devices or life sciences.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and clear written/verbal communication.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Sell spinal and biologics devices to physicians, hospitals and payors.
  • Maintain consignment and loaner inventory; move loaner sets between accounts.
  • Travel significantly within the territory to cover hospital cases and account calls.
  • Prepare and submit field visit reports to the District Sales Manager.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
