What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Solicit orders and sell Medtronic Spinal products while maintaining competitive awareness in the territory
  • Manage and track consignment and loaner inventory to minimize usage levels
  • Cover territory cases and manage accounts efficiently
  • Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager
  • Resolve customer complaints according to company policies and recommend product modifications as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years in medical sales; or
  • Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of sales experience; or
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with various personalities and maintain customer records

  • Experience working in an operating room setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Previous experience in Ortho, Spine, or related fields
