What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Solicit orders and sell Medtronic Spinal products while maintaining competitive awareness in the territory
- Manage and track consignment and loaner inventory to minimize usage levels
- Cover territory cases and manage accounts efficiently
- Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager
- Resolve customer complaints according to company policies and recommend product modifications as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years in medical sales; or
- Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of sales experience; or
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong ability to interact effectively with various personalities and maintain customer records

- Experience working in an operating room setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Previous experience in Ortho, Spine, or related fields
