Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell ENT products in various settings, including Operating Rooms and offices.
  • Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate product benefits persuasively.
  • Track territory progress and communicate findings proactively.
  • Assist healthcare staff with product use and maintenance, manage sample inventory.
  • Drive sales growth by living the fast-paced, purpose-driven culture.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%, with a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force and meet visual, auditory, and cognitive demands.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
