Job summary

Refloor is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Greer, SC. You’ll meet homeowners, help them choose the right flooring solution, and close sales using warm, company-provided leads.

You'll participate in a 4-week hands-on training, with the first two weeks fully paid, and you can start earning commission by week three. This role rewards performance with commissions, bonuses, and incentives; flexibility to work five days per week while connecting with customers for a superior
