Job summary

Refloor seeks an energetic sales professional to meet with homeowners in Arlington Heights, IL, guiding them to the right flooring solution and closing deals using warm leads provided by the company.

You will participate in a structured 4-week hands-on training, with early commission starts and ongoing coaching to maximize earnings. A flexible, appointment-based schedule is required, including some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
