The Grandsard Agency is hiring Sales Representatives to work remotely in the United States. You will engage warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, and serve as the client liaison throughout the sales cycle—delivering a top-tier client experience.

Earn daily commissions, bonuses, and participate in ongoing coaching with mentorship and digital resources. Choose full-time or part-time, with 100% commission structure and no earnings cap.

• Meet promotional targets to unlock growth opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations.
• Participate in weekly team Zoom meetings.
• Build your client base with company-generated or self-generated leads.
• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement solutions.
