Car Pros BMW is hiring a Sales Representative fluent in Chinese or Korean to join our DTLA team. You’ll sell new and pre-owned BMWs, present compelling demonstrations, and drive customer satisfaction in showroom and on the road.

Leverage product expertise and ethical selling to meet monthly sales and CSI goals, while maintaining VinSolutions CRM records and upholding BMW manufacturer standards. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate.
• Fluency in Chinese or Korean is highly preferred to better serve our clientele.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, energetic, and a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet monthly sales and CSI goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell or lease new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to walk-in and online customers.
• Be a product expert—know vehicles inside and out, including key features, competitive advantages, and performance specs.
• Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drives in showroom or on the road.
• Use legal and ethical selling techniques.
• Ensure certifications are up to date per BMW and manufacturer requirements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication in VinSolutions CRM.
• Work collaboratively within the team and uphold Car Pros standards and policies.

Salary Range: $102,481.60 To $129,416.00 Annually

Salary Range: $102,481.60 – $429,416.00 annually
