Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to develop a local territory in Mount Pleasant, TX. This is an outside, face-to-face role meeting business owners and employees to present benefits and guide coverage choices.

You’ll receive field training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching while building a personal book of business with a flexible schedule and mentor-led growth. Compensation is commission-based with potential for bonuses.

Location: Mount Pleasant, Texas (Local Territory, Face-to-Face)

Salary: $106,462 per year (estimated)

Contract: Independent contractor

The Opportunity

This is an outside, territory-based sales role where you'll meet business owners and employees in person. You'll have freedom over your schedule and how you build your business in-market. You'll learn to present benefit options clearly, build long-term relationships, and guide people through their coverage choices. We'll teach you the sales playbook, you bring the hustle and curiosity.

What You'll Do

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision‑makers at small and mid-size businesses.

• Licensing support, we’ll assist you in achieving your Health & Life general lines license (aim for within 90 days)
