Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with district stakeholders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline to uncover new sales opportunities
- Conduct regular in-person district visits to build influential relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide actionable insights to the Regional Sales Director to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with Pre-Sales and Success teams
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with educational sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the local educational landscape and district priorities
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage effectively with district-level decision-makers
- Ability to leverage data for strategic planning and sales forecasting
- Experience in supporting educational implementations and customer success initiatives
