Responsibilities
  • Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with district stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services
  • Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Conduct regular in-person district visits to build influential relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide actionable insights to the Regional Sales Director to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
  • Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with Pre-Sales and Success teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with educational sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the local educational landscape and district priorities
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage effectively with district-level decision-makers
