Overview

Sells product solutions to prospective clients to help achieve organizational performance and financial objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and utilize the virtual presentation in order to maximize the prospects client experience
  • Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determines which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate division when necessary
  • Maintain availability for transferred calls through SurePayroll sales line to maximize connection rate and optimize prospective client’s experience
  • Assisting customer in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting
  • Achieve technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within SurePayroll
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Projecting a positive image in representing SurePayroll to clients and the community
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree - required
  • 1 year of experience in B2B Sales.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position $18.27/hr plus commission . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
