We are looking for part-time Sales Representatives who will promote products, share knowledge, and put their selling skills to the test when engaging with consumers.

We are looking for part-time Sales Representatives who will promote products, share knowledge, and put their selling skills to the test when engaging with consumers.

Hourly Wage:

• $22/hour

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day.
• May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
• Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on roadshow products.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of products, educating and illustrating key features and benefits to consumers.
• Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions.
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.
• Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features and quality.
• Order Processing: Guide customers through the order process for a smooth checkout experience.
• Display Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and packing the display area according to directions.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and sales areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or sales; knowledge of the Costco environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn and explain product information quickly and clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
