We are looking for part-time Sales Representatives who will promote products, share knowledge, and put their selling skills to the test when engaging with consumers.

Description

We are seeking energetic individuals to promote products at Costco locations, engage with customers, and achieve sales targets. This role involves product demonstrations, customer assistance, and setup and teardown of displays.

Hourly Wage:

$22/hour

Working Conditions

• Primarily on-site in retail environments, standing up to 10 hours per day.
• May require lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing.
• Weekend and evening availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable guidance on products.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and product demonstrations.
• Display Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and packing displays.
• Store Maintenance: Keep display areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales; familiarity with Costco environment is a plus.

• Quick learner with the ability to explain complex product details simply.
