Job description

Our client, a well established construction related company located in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. Guaranteed salary during training and then move to a commission basis. This position will be trained by the company owner to insure success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop new business accounts through disciplined prospecting.
  • Conduct solution-based sales consultations and , demonstrations, and product trials with decision makers.
  • Qualify, control and close sales.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Able to achieve sales quotas.
  • Consultative mind-set with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • High energy and disciplined to work your territory and achieve sales results.
  • Competitive, confident and assertive with a strong work ethic.
