Sika AG seeks an experienced sales professional to develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory within the construction market, aligning with corporate goals.

You will drive both short- and long-term sales results, present value propositions, collaborate with marketing, and support customers with concrete knowledge, pricing insights, and effective RFP/RFQ responses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of sales experience in construction or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of concrete production and mix designs.
• Networking experience within the industry.
• Travel as required.

Responsabilidades

Job Description
