Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with a growing commercial painting contractor in the Milwaukee area that is looking for a hungry, driven Sales Representative to help grow the business.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build their own book of business, develop relationships, create new opportunities, and directly impact the growth of the company. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting, and willing to put in the work to build something.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and actively pursue new commercial accounts
• Build and grow a personal book of business
• Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and relationship building
• Develop relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial decision-makers
• Identify upcoming projects and turn opportunities into new business
• Walk job sites, meet with customers, understand project needs, and gather scope information
• Prepare proposals and work with customers through the sales process
• Follow up consistently and manage opportunities from initial contact through close
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Build a strong pipeline of future opportunities
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sold work into production
• Take ownership of your territory, relationships, pipeline, and results

• CRM experience is required

Growth Expectations

The initial goal for this position is to build toward approximately $2 million in annual sales while establishing a strong, repeatable book of business.
