You will prospect, develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers, present proposals, and guide opportunities from initial contact to close. This role rewards ambition with a clear path to expanded responsibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience required.
• Experience selling to business owners, property managers, or commercial decision-makers is highly valuable.
• CRM experience is required.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and pursue commercial accounts.
• Build and grow a personal book of business.
• Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and relationship building.
• Develop relationships with business owners and facility managers.
• Identify upcoming projects and turn opportunities into new business.
• Prepare proposals and guide customers through the sales process.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through close and grow existing relationships.
• Build a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth transition from sold work to production.
• Own your territory, relationships, pipeline, and results.
