Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Austin, TX is hiring an entry-level Project Manager. We turn motivated individuals from retail, hospitality, and customer service into high earners with a 90-day paid training program and a base pay plus per-claim bonuses and commissions during learning.

You’ll be the face of the company from the first handshake to the final shingle, conducting community outreach to homeowners, helping navigate insurance, and managing projects once trained.

Qualifications

• The Grit: You're competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid to talk to new people.
• The Wheels: You'll need a pickup truck (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
• The Heights: You must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety first!).
• The License: Valid driver's license is required.
