Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is recruiting ambitious individuals to become high-earning Project Managers. We offer 90 days of paid training with base pay, bonuses, and commissions while you learn the ropes from industry leaders.

First-year reps realistically target $100k–$150k, with top veterans earning up to $500k. You’ll be the face of the company, meeting homeowners and helping them navigate insurance to get repairs done.

Qualifications

• Competitive, self-motivated and comfortable talking to new people.
• Must own a pickup truck or be able to obtain one within 60 days.
• Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Help homeowners navigate insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Be the face of the company from first handshake to final shingle.
