Job summary

LeMaitre Vascular is seeking a Sales Representative to drive hospital-level sales, manage accounts and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. You will propose quotes, deepen relationships with purchasers and Key Opinion Leaders, and gain product knowledge to detail our portfolio.

The role requires hospital sales experience, travel 25–50%, and proficiency with MS Office tools; base compensation is a component of the first-year target with substantial upside based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to Five years sales experience (medical devices preferred) or at least two years of related clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Internet, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Travel requirement (25-50%)

Overview

Sales Representatives will sell our products directly to hospitals and represent all activities in the assigned territory (comprised of multiple accounts) to achieve sales and gross profit goals on a monthly and annual basis.

First year compensation target is $150,000 which includes a $80,000 base salary. This does not include car allowance or any Sales contests. In 2025, our median Sales Rep compensation was $190,000.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including , relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
