West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to engage customers at their residences, present home improvement solutions, and close sales with a focus on consultative selling. You will work with a rotating schedule and play a key role in driving growth across Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors.

The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, a signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and diagnose needs.

Responsabilités

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, or Tue–Sat as assigned.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Meet with customers at their homes to provide product consultations.
• Communicate the value of products and installation quality.
• Help customers find options within their budget and close sales.
• Sales appointments last about 2 hours.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
• $2,500 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and terms apply.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
