Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to reach out to homeowners, present the benefits of our services, and close sales in the field. Training is provided, and you’ll work in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, a company vehicle with gas card, and a full benefits package. If you enjoy meeting people and working independently, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
