Job Description

We are seeking Bakery/Food Sales Representative - Bakery Ingredients to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. This role can be located anywhere in the Western U.S. and would require up to 50% travel. Phoenix and Las Vegas would be great cities to base out of for travel West and Northwest territory.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing instore bakery (ISB), Foodservice and Manufacturer customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Develop customer specific products and programs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• 2 years bakery plant retail or commissary experience desirable
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Education and Training Requirements:

Undergraduate degree preferred but not required. Opportunity for newer graduate to acquire great experience building a career in food ingredient sales!

Compensation: Exceptional Salary, bonus, car allowance or company car, cell, computer and business expenses etc. Base salary of $80K to $85K DOE plus bonus uncapped estimated to be up to 20% of base year one. Interviewing now!
