About the Position:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing, advising, and converting leads into successful purchases through real-time conversations. You'll act as the first human touchpoint in the customer journey, combining commercial instinct, data awareness, and sharp execution to drive regional growth.
Your mission: Turn conversations into revenue, and customers into loyal advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads via chat or assigned channels.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them to the best solution.
  • Recommend product variants based on destination, compatibility, and user profile.
  • Close sales efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on KPIs.
  • Ensure every customer has an excellent buying experience.
Data & Process Management
  • Record and update customer info in internal systems (CRM, etc.).
  • Track performance, conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
  • Follow daily workflows and contribute to the optimization of sales processes.
Automation & Efficiency
  • Ensure sales steps are executed and documented correctly.
Requirements and skills:
  • High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and ownership
  • More than 2 years of experience as a support or sales representative positions
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stay focused on results
  • Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and automation platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with critical thinking for real-time decisions
