What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee and manage customer relationships for an assigned book of accounts
  • Effectively prioritize and respond to inbound leads or customer requests for information
  • Leverage CRM data and account insights to identify, pursue, and close opportunities for renewals, cross-sells, or new business
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM and provide timely forecasts
