We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with some of the top brokers in the company. Once you’ve completed training and built a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. What you'll do:

  • Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
  • Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business
  • Close new and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
